The role
What this is
Cyshel promises a partner that they never touch operations. Somebody has to be the reason that is true. This role is that person: suppliers, schedules, customer escalations and the weekly numbers, across more than one live product.
The half that makes it interesting is the second half. Anything you do three times becomes a candidate for automation, and you will work directly with engineering to delete your own busywork.
The work
What you would own
Responsibilities
Own the operating rhythm of two or more portfolio companies
Be the escalation point when something reaches a customer
Turn recurring manual work into a written process, then into a tool
Report the numbers that say whether a venture is healthy, weekly and without being asked
First ninety days
Week 1: sit inside the daily loop of one venture and write down every manual step
Month 1: own that venture's operations outright
Month 3: two ventures, and one manual process retired into software
The fit
What we are looking for
Requirements
Three or more years running operations for a real business, not a project
Comfortable with spreadsheets, schedules and suppliers, and with saying no to one of them
You write clearly enough that a process survives you being on holiday
Hebrew and English
Nice to have
Experience in a marketplace, a booking business or live events
You have specified an internal tool and worked with engineers to get it built

How this actually goes
You write to us
An email with whatever makes the case. A CV is fine, so is a link to something you built. We read every one.
A first call
Forty-five minutes with the person you would work beside. What you have built, what you want to own, and what this actually is.
A real problem
A paid piece of work or a working session on something we are genuinely stuck on. No take-home puzzles with no answer.
An offer, in writing
Scope, compensation and what you own, written down before you decide. If it involves equity, you see the instrument and the vesting first.
