Remove the year between an idea and a company.
Great products go unbuilt for want of infrastructure, not ideas. The person who sees the gap in a field would first have to incorporate, open a merchant account, hire engineers, draft contracts and set up the books. By the time that is done, a year has gone and the market has moved.
Cyshel exists to remove that year. We are one company with every operating capability already in place, and we assemble it around the people who know an industry best. They lead the company and own a stake in it. We build and run everything underneath.

One platform, many companies
Every company in the portfolio runs on one codebase, one data layer and one deployment pipeline. A capability built for one venture is available to the next the day it lands, which is why each new company costs less to start than the last.

The operator is the owner
Each company is led by an Operating Partner who knows its field, not by a committee. They decide what it sells and to whom, and they hold equity in the company rather than a title inside it.

Automate first, then operate
Anything that repeats is automated. What cannot yet be automated is run by Cyshel, so the people who lead our companies spend their time on customers and product, not administration.

Terms before work
Ownership, vesting and departure are agreed in writing before a company is started. Clear terms at the outset are what make a long partnership possible.
