The role
What this is
Our media pipelines take a trained visual identity and produce assets that a human operator reviews before anything ships. The interesting problem is not the generation, it is the verification: every asset passes an automated identity check before a person ever sees it, and the threshold is the product.
You will work on the whole loop: prompt construction from structured inputs, the generation calls themselves, the verification gate, and the queue an operator actually clicks through.
The work
What you would own
Responsibilities
Design and operate image and video generation pipelines end to end
Build the verification and scoring gates that decide whether an asset is allowed through
Measure quality honestly, including the cases where the model is confidently wrong
Keep cost per asset and time per asset as first-class numbers, not afterthoughts
First ninety days
Week 1: run the existing pipeline end to end and write down what you would change
Month 1: land one measurable quality or cost improvement
Month 3: own a generation surface, its evaluation harness and its budget
The fit
What we are looking for
Requirements
Production experience with generative image or video models, not only notebooks
Strong TypeScript or Python, and the judgement to know which belongs where
You have built an evaluation harness for something subjective and made it useful
Comfortable owning an asynchronous job pipeline that must be safe to retry
Nice to have
LoRA or character-consistency training
Face or identity matching, and the failure modes that come with it
Experience keeping an inference bill from doubling quietly
Hiring
How this actually goes
You write to us
An email with whatever makes the case. A CV is fine, so is a link to something you built. We read every one.
A first call
Forty-five minutes with the person you would work beside. What you have built, what you want to own, and what this actually is.
A real problem
A paid piece of work or a working session on something we are genuinely stuck on. No take-home puzzles with no answer.
An offer, in writing
Scope, compensation and what you own, written down before you decide. If it involves equity, you see the instrument and the vesting first.
